Tundra

turns whiter

with the weather

turning blue

does every idea on earth

bring about life

does every road really lead to heaven

so many questions

fill the land

stripped barren

and frozen

under the sun

is every song ever written

something I want to listen to

is everything truly one

the clear sky

grows starker

in contrast

to dirty ground

is the rising wind

stinging against my skin

exactly the same

as the calm

that used to be
